in January 2012. UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL CEASE TO SEE OUTPATIENTS AFTER NOV 30, 2021.

Dr. Maurizio Bonacini

Dr. Bonacini has trained in Internal Medicine at New York Hospital of Queens, then
an affiliate of New York University. He pursued a 2-year Gastroenterology specialization
Fellowship at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles County Hospital.
To further his interest in Liver diseases, he completed a 1-year Hepatology Fellowship
at the USC Liver Unit in Los Angeles County. He has three Board Certifications, in
Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Transplant Hepatology.

Ms. Angela Guevara

Our office assistant and scheduler for Mission Gastroenterology and Hepatology. She
attended City College of San Francisco. She has 2-year experience in Podiatry medicine
and 2 year experience in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. She is also trained to administer
the Fibroscan™, an accurate, painless and non-invasive measure of liver fibrosis, which
is done at our office.
